Aerol® Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray is a cold cleaning, solvent based cleaner spray, which cleans, helps to extend the operational life and reduces downtime and maintenance of electrical switchgear, electrical equipment and components. It is designed for OFF LINE Use. It cleans dust, dirt, carbon, oxide deposits, flux, rust, grease, oil and other common contaminants. It restores resistance values, electrical properties and prevents wear, tear and burnouts.

It is also considered ideal for removing wire pulling compounds, anti-oxidation compounds and semi-conductive particles before splicing and termination of high voltage cables. Not recommended for use on Polycarbonate surfaces. May also affect certain other plastics.

It is available as a bulk fluid and also as an aerosol spray. The aerosol spray packaging enables convenience of use and has the ability to reach inaccessible areas. Its unique formulation enables its use on vertical surfaces without excessive running off.
