Silicone Spray
|
Aerol is a leading producer of a range of heavy duty silicone spray and silicone free sprays for releasing plastic molded articles from their molds and dies during the injection molding process. These silicone spray, aerosol preparations are used to provide faithful and clean reproduction of molded articles. They are commonly used to release articles such as TV and audio system cabinets, pens, automobile components, computer key boards and similar plastic parts. They are also used to release Resin, PU, Metal and Wax based articles in certain cases. Special grade of Silicone spray are formulated for release of molten yarn from spinnerets in production of synthetic fiber. Silicone free sprays are used for releasing molded articles that are required to be painted, plated, coated or printed. These grades of silicone spray do not leave any deposit on molded article that prevents adhesion of paint, ink or coating material.
