Release Agents

This product group comprises of Mould Release agents used mainly in plastic Injection Moulding, welding operations and manufacture of synthetic fiber yarns. Aerol is one of the largest manufacturers of these products and has a dominating presence in the domestic markets.

Industrial MRO Aerosols and Specialty Lubricants

This product group comprises of specialty chemical preparations used for Maintenance, Repair & Operations in Industries, Work-shops, home and institutions. These metal rust preventives, industrial rust preventives comprise of cleaners, lubricants and coatings and are available in bulk and aerosol spray packs.

Silicones

This product group comprises of Silicone based preparations such as Fluids, Emulsions, Defoamers/ Antifoams and Sealants. These products find use in Rubber, Pharmaceutical, Paint, Chemical, Electronics and many other industries.

Consumer Products

This product group comprises of a wide range of Perfumes, Deodorants, Air Fresheners, Auto Care and Home Care products. Aerol is a leading manufacturer of these products in its own brands and in well known brands of leading Indian and Multi-national organizations.

Aerol is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has a documented quality policy and procedures. Technical Data Sheets and Material safety data sheets are available for most of its products. A procedure has been established to record customer complaints and manufacturing defects. Regular root cause analysis for non compliance are conducted periodically.

Aerol owns a world class manufacturing facility on a 3.5 acre site in Haryana. It has two automatic aerosol filling lines, chemical processing equipments such as homogenizers, blenders, mills and high volume filling lines. It has separate production facilities for perfumes, toiletries and is approved by the local Drugs control office. It has licenses to store Propellant gases, Petroleum solvents and Alcohol. It also has a well equipped laboratory with modern testing and measuring instruments.

Customer satisfaction is of primary importance to Aerol. Regular feedback is obtained from customers randomly and is recorded. Negative feedback is aggressively addressed and improvements are done to achieve customer satisfaction.

Research and development activities are conducted regularly based on customer requirements and market intelligence. Significant internal and external resources are employed to keep the R&D program going. Aerol has many products on its portfolio that are an outcome of these R&D activities and have helped industries to achieve significant levels of import substitution and cost saving.

Aerol utilizes eco friendly technologies and materials for its products. Its metal rust preventives, industrial rust preventive etc are free from ozone depleting gases and are Eco-friendly. Most of the industrial products are RoHS and REACH compliant.
